Purchased online attracted by attractive prices. Slightly problematic e-commerce site, does not accept credit card transactions. Unable to use the welcome coupon. Written 3 requests to request delivery, after paying by bank transfer. Never any response. Called to request delivery after a week and the response was quite rude. Customer care rating 0.

Terrible experience. I received a pair of Birkenstocks where one foot was a different model than the other. After they say they want to return and refund, following many of my attempts to contact them, they never send the courier to my home, not even under solicitation. The online number does not respond and does not receive messages. I was forced to make a PayPal complaint, to which they again did not respond in the days they had available, and for this reason the case ended in my favor. If I had to wait for them, I would never have seen my money again. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel obliged, to warn future buyers. Stay away!

I've been waiting for a refund for a product that was never delivered for more than a month and a half. After several phone calls and emails confirming the refund was issued, they seem to have disappeared, no response to the emails.
